Running through anger

Running is great for many reasons but I never knew how much it helped with emotions. I've been a bit of a mess and last night let it all out by going for a run. Now I'm not that fit and normally can't run for ages but all the emotions I have within me I surprised myself and did roughly half an hour of sprinting. I'd recommend you to take your anger out that way instead on someone else. It won't hurt anyone, you're letting out everything you've been keeping inside of you and running is good for you. Don't think of it as fittness, make all your emotions visible, look at them and run as fast as you can to get away from them.
