Old Westerns

The best movies were made many, many, many years ago; your old style Western movie. No special effects needed and they have the BEST music, no point trying to deny it. I've watched a few and they are just awesome. You get a great laugh - the fighting is the best - and good, old...showdown. What's not to love about A Western? Tonight I watched the Magnificent Seven and it is the best western I have seen, by far.
If you want a good movie any western will do. The music is great throughout the whole thing.

Here is the theme to the Magnificent Seven and it plays for almost the whole movie. (Meaning you should watch the movie.)
Also They call me Trinity and Trinity is still my name are both great and very funny too

Running out of time

Everything comes to an end. The day for me is just about to end, the school week just ended and so did a movie I just watched. Not only do things end though, but they also run out of time after a while - normally before they end. I had another maths test today - my school loves giving students those. I had an hour but that wasn't enough because it can to an end and I ran out of time, so I didn't finish.
At the end of every day everything comes to an end. Whether you like it or not something will always either end or run out.

Boredom

People these days get bored very easily. Younger kids can entertain themselves for hours, teenagers for a maximum of about an hour and adults just always seem to have something to do. I know how easily it is to get bored and I get bored a few times a day. Mainly in those subjects you don't like and of course at home when there is nothing to do. So what does one do the entertain themselves? Well you could do what young children do and use your imagination and have a ball or you could find something you enjoy doing and do that. If you get really bored and have nothing to do you could just find a book or download these get things called apps on you smart device and play that - they seem to entertain people.
Don't get so bored in classes that you fall asleep though and don't play games in class to entertain yourself either.

Nothing to lose

Do you have a lot? Friends, money, whatever? Whether you have everything or have absolutely nothing, you have nothing to lose. If you have something that could get lost, act like it won't. Smile like there will be no tomorrow and show the world you can be happy when you're not. The more you think the worst will happen and that things will go wrong, they will. Think you're going to lose everything and you will, think you have nothing to lose and you won't lose anything. It's funny how things work. I don't understand how logic these days work but it seems to. Must be like how some things only make sense to you and others just don't get it... Funny, huh?

Missing something

Ever had that feeling where you know you're missing something? Thoughts do like walking out on people. But have you ever had the feeling that something might have been kept from you? This time instead of leaving something behind, something has been left out. It's one of those funny gut feelings you get. Yeah, not pleasant but are always right - mostly. If you are missing out on something and it's being kept from you, so what? It might be about you or involve you or it might not be of your concern at all. If someone wanted you to know you would've been told. You don't miss out on anything if you weren't told, less to know, more space to think and more learning space is available in your head! (More learning space in your head, the smarter you'll be.)
Don't worry, missing out on something isn't the end of the world. It's still spinning, you're alive, I'm alive and life goes on. There is no need to stress.

Living on the couch

Most sick people either live in bed or on the couch. The past two days I've lived on the couch. It is rather comfy and warm when you're under a blanket but it really is boring. You've probably got a TV and a phone/iPod or something like that, yes? How long until that gets boring, a few hours maybe or even less? Well there isn't much on TV during the day, you can't really talk to people because everyone's at school and there's no one at home. There is the option of sleeping - but I doubt that with two dogs running around and barking at everything. Living on the couch is boring and you've got lots of things to choose from, but how about living in bed? Not many people have TVs in their room and even though you probably still have your devices.
A bed beats the couch any day, but the couch offers more... So, which to pick when you're sick?

No voice

Sorry today it's up late.

Not having a voice means you miss out on a lot. The past few days I've had no voice because I've been sick. I've been teased a bit but it's taken as fun and games. Fun and games to who though? Everyone but the person getting teased. All my life I've been the quiet person who never spoke up, always missed out on a lot because they were too shy. Are you the same kind of person as me? Well this year I told myself to change, I forced myself to change. I'm more confident, I'm still a little shy and don't speak up much but I can now have a conversation with someone I just met, whereas I couldnt before.
Not having a voice isn't great. You miss out on so much. It makes you sad knowing you could've done it but you just didn't use your voice. You were given a voice and you should use it.
I've missed many chances and one just very recently. I can never say what I feel and that always saddens me the most. Use your voice and move out of your comfort zone. (You may find a new comfort zone if you move out of your old one.)

An anniversary

Today one year ago my dads girlfriend moved into her new house. To celebrate their first year we threw a huge dinner party - we had a curry night. The day was spent shopping, preparing and cooking. After a good half days work of getting everything ready and cleaning the house you get to relax - for a short period of time because guests start arriving. Tonight there were 32 people in the house - yep, a huge curry night/party.
Having huge dinners is a way of getting to meet new people, you can go in and out of conversations and it's great knowing everyone is getting along. You don't need to celebrate something to have a dinner party. You just need to get it organised and it takes a lot of work. It's a great night and it's not a lot of work if everyone pitches in.

Dress-up

Remember being little and having those dress-up days at school? Today was one of those I guess. As it being book week at my school they said we could dress up as our favourite book character. I guess the 'book' also means movie or film - apparently. It was actually really nice to see how many people dressed up - it reminded me of primary school with all the pajama days and dress up days. A few friends of mine dressed up along with a good portion of the school - I didn't dress up - but everyone looked great! I'd say there were more movie characters than book characters but still, it counted and everyone enjoyed the day.
Next time your school has some form of dress up day join in and participate! They're fun and makes you a little kid again.

Training in the rain

Sorry again about last night, wasn't in a very good mood or feeling too great either.

Do you pay a sport? Well, I play soccer and the season is almost over. We train Thursday nights and the best training session tonight. I've two weeks of the season left and probably won't have another great training session like tonight's. Now you may think I'm crazy and my whole team is as well but we trained for and hour and a half in the pouring rain. Most of us wore jumpers but I was a little crazy and just wore a t-shirt. Was I cold? Oh yeah, I was freezing! But running around you get warm but doesn't mean you don't go a little numb... I'm not the smartest cookie but I do know how to have fun in the rain with a bunch of friends. We got soaked and had many great laughs. No one fell over and no one got muddy and there were no injuries. Over all the night was great. You don't actually have to play the sport, but if you like running and soccer or any sport really, I don't see why you can't go along and join in? I did it last year and had a great time. Who knows, maybe you'll end up playing like I did.

Don't look down

Hey, it's her friend again today. She isn't feeling the best today so she asked me to type it up.

Now for me, whenever I'm stressed, angry or just need to relax and calm down, I find places that are well above my head like trees or buildings. I like to think as myself as I climber so it's not too much of a challenge for me to get up high. That is of course, depending on what your climbing. Today I climbed the gym of my old school which is around 10 metres high maybe? All I was standing was a bar about 5 cm thick or 2 inches. So, it was me, the bar and a 10 metre drop onto concrete. Scary? Just as long as you don't look down and don't think about it. Which was pretty easy to do when you're enjoying the warm sun on your face.
Totally worth it with the weather where I live.

I just wanted to add something, sorry I couldn't do it today guys. But thank you to my friend who did - I can always count on you.

Jabbed

Immunizations. Everybody gets them and you get them many times, it's not a one off thing. You need them when you are little, when you travel and sometimes just because you're sick. I'm off to China soon on a school trip and yes, I needed to get some needles. I got them today actually. I needed three but they can combine vacations so I get three kinds in two needles - score for me. Are one those people - like me - who absolutely hate getting immunized? Like I just said, I hate them. So today when I got mine I brought a friend along. They held my hand and made things better.
If you don't like needles and your parents aren't enough support take a friend. They'll hold your hand and make things better. It gives you somebody to talk to to take your mind off the needle and you have some company.

Gossiping

You've all talked about somebody behind their back before, but how do you know if some has or is? I think it is quiet simple. Here are a few ways so you know. 1) The conversation going on suddenly stops and the topic either changers or does not continue on. 2) There is look between passed around and that look is the look you get from people. 3) You can be talked to little or not at all for a while. That's what I have noticed but if you know other ways of knowing who is talking about you behind your back I'd love to know.
It isn't nice talking about others behind their back. Some can tell and others can't but everyone hurts. Some rumors are spread by others over hearing and people take it the their advantage when they are either jealous or annoyed.
If you are talking about someone behind their back stop. It hurts them but you don't know that. It's like being a bully, the other always gets hurt but it will all come back to you one day. Do you remember that saying, 'what goes around comes around'.

Sunday markets

What do you like to do with your Sunday morning? Probably sleep in, am I right? I prefer lying in bed awake to sleeping in but it comes under the same thing really. I decided this morning to get up early and go down to the markets. I hadn't been in years and they are fun. There is old stuff and new stuff, at really cheap prices too! I got some great things for a total of $7. A set of glasses, jewelry and what some people consider junk a tin can. The markets I went to are called 'Trash and Treasure'. I guess it has that name because someone else's junk becomes another's treasure. I got some great things that I can use as gifts or keep to put on display.
If you have a local market you should go and cheek it out. Maybe you have some stuff lying around your house you don't want or need anymore? The markets are a great way to sell stuff and meet people. (Also you might get away from chores and doing house work. One of my reasons.)

Changing moods

Mood wings or just changing your mood in general isn't something that happens with click of your fingers. In some cases it does but not this time, not for me anyway. The last few days I've been really down, yesterday especially. I find it hard to act happy when being super sad or just sad in general. Yeah you can wear a smile but that feels like lying so you become even unhappier than you were. It may take a few days to become happy again or only a matter of minutes. Mood swings you basically jump between emotions so they change quickly and your mood changes with your emotions or feelings, so they change quickly too. Trying to change your mood on purpose doesn't always work. They take time and sometimes the time you need doesn't come when you want it to. Once you become happy you stay that way for a while and then become sad again. (That is what tends to happen to me, a lot.) Try and stay happy or face the situation. Embrace the things that make you sad so you become happy. I'll try that if you do too.

A big thank you once again to my amazing friend who wrote my blog for the past two days.

Old school?

Hey it's her friend writing today.
How much do you like your music? Well, I like mine a lot! Today, I went to the music store at the shopping centre and bought and an album that I've been wanting to buy for a while. Everytime I checked for it, it was never there or at any other music store I went to but this time, I was in luck. Now, some people would say this is a waste of money because in these days, you could just download music for free but I  like having the real thing.
What do you think? Is buying the actual music CD old school or not and which do you prefer?

No plan

Have you gone into something big or small without a plan of what you're actually going to once your at your destination or in that something? On rare occasions, this is my life. Today after school, I didn't feel like going home so out of the blue I went over to the mall so don't worry, this was just a small thing. I went in there by myself and just walked around completely clueless and thoughtless. It wasn't too bad actually, kinda relaxing but again, this was just a small thing. If you're getting ready for something, make sure you have a well thought out plan.

College courses

In college you pick every single class, whereas in high school you only pick some. Tonight the college I'm going to next year held a course selections night. So I went and picked my classes for next year. I thought it would be hard but all I did was put some numbers on the page, write a total of about 10 words and talked a bit, easy as! You don't normally ask a lot of questions, but your parents do. My parents love asking questions... They double check stuff, talk to you saying 'That sounds good' or 'Do you like the sound of that' or 'What do you think? Want to give that ago, it sounds fun?'. You must love your parents?
Picking what you want to do is great, just don't pick all the fun subjects, you do need to work hard and keep learning as well.

The art store

How much do love art? That includes anything from scribbling on a page to a sculpture or a framed painting on a wall. You have start somewhere - scribbling on a page us a good start. But if want to take up art or need some crafty materials you need a craft shop. I don't go the art shop to buy things but to look. I see the things on the shelves that are used to make artworks and how many ideas people come up with in the shop. They probably have an idea but seeing that one thing a whole new idea might pop into their head; or your head.
Are you creative or a person that really likes art, if so go walk around an art shop. They have cool things and if you have the creativity and imagination you could create wonderful artworks. (Just don't fill your school books with small drawings.)

Blogging

Just something new, I'm going to write a blog post about blogging. Maybe you could give one a go?
A blog is sort of like an online journal. You write about something you like or are interested in or like me, write about your day on either what you felt or did. You can go though and read each day like flipping backwards through a book.
At the end of each day you can just sit down and for a short while think something up and write about it. It is up for the world to see so you don't post really personal things but it is up to you what you write or blog about. I do my day to day life because I get to relive my day and think everything over. I keep a journal too but this is just a reflection of one part of my day.
Blogging in a way is fun but it is also hard. After a while it becomes a tad hard to think up something. My goal is to not repeat a post, so far I'm doing well. Today would be one of those days where I can't really think of something so I make one up. The fun thing about blogging though is seeing how worldwide it gets and where you get your inspiration from.
It's fun, hard and pretty fun. You should give it a go.

Tress talk and grass dances

Do you believe tree can talk or that grass can dance? I do. The grass sways backwards and forwards dancing in the breeze and as for the trees; that gushing sound you hear they are whispering to one another. You may think I'm weird and really childish but who isn't? We all believe in different things and with an imagination anything and everything is possible. It's like being when you were younger and you believed in fairies and magical creatures - which I still do.
I go on walks for myself and to walk my dog. Today I chose my favourite walk. There is always a breeze, the trees talk and the grass dances. The fields look peaceful and everyone you pass smiles at you - I think because they look at my dog. I walk to think but I end up walking in another world. Shows what can happen when you have an imagination, wear a smile, love the things around you and keep an open mind.

Mind your own business

Are you a sticky beck? Somebody who likes to know what others are doing or just somebody who can't mind their own business? Someones business is their own, their personal life especially. What a person does is up to them, it is not then your business to go sticking your head in to find out what they do. If the person wanted you to know then they would tell people and make it public. But personal means personal and none of "your" business. Some people don't know the difference between public and personal in my opinion. A persons business is their own, if they want you to know they will tell you and if they don't they won't.
Don't go sticking your head in, it's not your business, never has been, so back off. It isn't that hard.

Laughing on a Friday night

Hey guys. Sorry it's up late but I did not forget but I had a late-ish night and was pretty tired so I fell asleep.

How often do you cry, how often do you laugh and how often laugh so much you cry? Last night I laughed so hard for a good hour I could do nothing but cry-laugh. I was having a blast. I went to a performance that my friend was in and it was great! The plays were the best I'd ever seen. Professional play? No, which makes it even funnier. Lines are forgotten, props are forgotten and it's about having fun every moment you're doing it.
Friday nights are made for having fun so go out and do something you like doing! It's better than being stuck at home and going out means you can go with friends or even have a great laugh, just like my whole family did.

Decissions

Making up your mind really is a hard choice. You think up more than one choice and then you have to pick. You never know which is the right one to ask or follow but they all have something in common so the outcome is generally similar. Some people over think stuff and that includes myself. I spend way too much time thinking and in the end I don't really have my mind made up. Choosing between two options is harder than choosing between three. Normally your third choice is the least smartest one out of the three so I wouldn't go for that one. Sometimes you do need to gamble your options and just do which ever one comes first.
You can lay out all your cards on the table but not all are a good choice. Pick the right ones and you've got a good hand.

Perpetration

In college you get whole terms or semesters to do assignments, correct? Well I've got this class at high school and that's basically preparing me for college. We got our assignments today and they are only due in week 9 or 10. Most assignments you have to follow everything, correct. Do this, do that an hand in a draft? Well for this assignment you have to make up the whole thing, but it has to do with only one word 'people'. So I get to make the assignment and have weeks to do it! Now that may sound great and all but time does fly, so you really don't have as much time as you think. You'll get other assignments and have to do those as well and they take time too.
Plan out your time and don't leave it to the last minute.

Three Dimensional or 3D

How much do you like shapes? They're pretty boring when it is like a four lines on a piece of paper to make up a square but not when it's three dimensional. You don't see flat squares around do you? No, you see cubes - a three dimensional square. They look much cooler but aren't as easy to draw. I've got this maths assignment and it's got lots of drawing involved. It all has to be to scale and it has to be three dimensional. It's more fun when you don't have to be accurate, they look all weird and half round. I guess drawings fun like that when it doesn't have to look like you want it to, it gives it character. (If only I could use that as an excuse to draw freely on my assignment..if only...)

Online social life

Now I'm pretty sure you have got a way of talking to your friends over the internet. There are many; Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, etc. the list can go on for ages. It's a great way to keep in touch with people outside of school of if you don't see them very often. But have you heard of Ask.fm? It is pretty useless in my opinion. It's basically asking people questions anonymously - in my words a way to scam information out of people because they don't know who asked the question, it does not work. If you want to ask someone a question, just ask them. You don't have to use something like Ask.fm to do so, it just shows you want an answer to your question and that you think you're going to get one because the person doesn't know who you are. Rethink that because it's a bad excuse and a bad habit.

Regret

Remember a while back when I talked about secrets and not letting them slip? It doesn't take much for something to slip, all you have to do it talk without thinking. I let my secret slip because I talked without thinking.
I was confused and sad so I talked to a friend. Friends normally ask you to tell them everything. So I did, without thinking I told them everything; including that secret I didn't want to let out. The worst part about it is that I can't undo time and take back what I said. The feeling of guilt is - in my opinion - the worst feeling you could ever have. It makes you feel empty inside. No matter how happy you feel, there is still something there reminding you of what you did. I regret what I did and just want to turn the clocks back and close my mouth.

A sleepover

How much fun are sleepovers? The one night where you stay up really late talking, watching movies and hanging out. All round sleepover are tons of fun. When you're younger your parents only allow you to invite over girls only if you're a girl or all boys if you're a boy. You grow up a bit and your parents let both genders sleep over - which is more fun than just boys or girls. There is more to talk about and you the games become a lot more competitive. Your parents may be hasty about the idea but put the kids in different rooms and everything is good. (Growing up has it's ups and downs.)
Last night I went to a friends 16th birthday party/sleepover, but it was a sleepover more than a party. We played a bit of pool, some darts, had an open fire and went on a late nights walk; it was a pretty good night. But at every sleepover you go to there is always something you don't get a lot of; and that's sleep. I got about five hours sleep last night, not a lot. Generally when you don't get a lot of sleep you're tired and cranky the next day. Well I can tick both of those off because I've almost fallen asleep three times during the day. Make up for that sleep the next night, otherwise you'll be cranky and tired again. Seriously, if you don't want your parents nagging you about sleep I'd definitely try and catch up on it.
My advice for you, is do not play sport the next day if you don't get a lot of sleep; because it is not fun. It is far too much work.

Ponder

Hey everyone, sorry for getting this up late. It's her friend today and I just remembered that I had to do this for her tonight.

When was the last time you just found a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place and just sat there taking everything in and thinking about life? Well, for me, the last time I did this was just this afternoon after school today. Luckily there is a beautiful park by a gorgeous lake not too far from my school which was the perfect spot for this particular occasion. You see, normally I wouldn't do this. I'm not really much of the deep kind of person but there's been a lot of things on my mind because of certain events that's happening at school with me. So, I decided to get away from everything and just think. Relax and keep calm.

If you're someone in my situation, where there are a lot of things happening in your life, I suggest you find a secluded place and just relax. It helps.

Fighting

I'm pretty sure you've had some form of fight before whether it be with a sibling, friend or family member. They aren't fun - rather annoying actually - and they often tend to get louder and louder as you fight. I've got a younger sister and she likes to make fun of me. She is smarter than me (true fact) and loves to boast about it.
It doesn't take much to start a fight. Tonight I asked her to do something for me as I was busy. I asked nicely and she basically started a fight from the minute she started talking. She could have just said 'no' but instead she started an argument. With a firm tone in her voice and raising her voice she went off at me. Now if you've had a fight with a sibling you join in and it gets worse. Sometimes the get hurt - I did not hurt my sister. I used some words I shouldn't have and hurt her that way. Words can hurt just as must as hitting someone. Now somebody always get the blame for a fight, guess you got it tonight? Yeah, me, just as it always is... I'm used to getting the blame but it looks like you never get used to getting hurt.

Take my advice and don't pick a fight because all you're asking for is trouble. It's not worth it and one person gets the blame and the other always gets hurt.
