This may sound like the worst possible way to spend ones weekend but I actually learnt more in the 10 hours I spent doing road ready course than I did all week at school. Don't sound too shocked but yes I find that slightly shocking yet surprising. I am grateful I learnt so much though, it means I'll be a safer driver, hopefully. I could've done this course at school but I didn't want to drive and still don't. If you're wondering why I'm even bothering is because it's better to know how in-case I do need to drive someday.
Road ready was actually fun in a way, was terrifying watching and hearing a few things but you do in fact need to know about them for when you do drive. I recommend you do it even if you're like me and don't want to drive. For me it was 10 hours of my weekend, 5 hours of each day but it was worth it. (I'll tell you how my test goes so you know if I can drive or not in roughly 2 weeks.)
