Lights off

Have you ever gone outside at night and looked up at the night sky? It's pretty, but you can't see much in the city because there's too much light. If you go out into the country or away from populated areas and look up at the night sky, it's a sea of stars and its beautiful. Campaigns a great way to see the stars, you can lie outside and look up, might even fall asleep. Nag your parents or someone to go on a drive with you out into no where to see the night sky, it's definitely worth it. A friend of mine wants to be an Astromormer, that would have to be the best job ever, stars everywhere.
If you really want to see the stars in the city you may need to turn the power off...everywhere...but don't do that.

Fun fact: 40 minutes outside of Canberra is a place called Cooma. Once you go through the on the way to Jindabine, if you stop the car and look behind you, you can see the glow from Canberra above the hills. It's cool.
