Reflection

I have had pretty much the worst week not including Monday morning. Monday morning was the best and come lunch time Monday right up to this point on Friday night, it's been the worst. Come Wednesday I started getting depression - a slight case of it, that doesn't seem to be improving...
Reflecting back on something may be the worst thing to do. (I know it is for me right now.) But when things seem to go downhill you look back on the past. It brings back both happy and sad memories and they can sometimes help you to feel better.
